Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced AGM - Finance for our manufacturing facility in Manesar. The ideal candidate will oversee the finance department, ensuring sound financial management, compliance, and strategic financial planning to drive the company's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's objectives, ensuring sound financial health and profitability.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and timely reporting.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control costs to improve profitability, especially within manufacturing processes, and optimize resource allocation.
• Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including taxation, auditing, and financial reporting standards.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for the company's operational needs and efficient working capital management.
• Internal Controls & Audits: Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks, and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring proper delegation, training, and development to maintain high performance and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior management and other departments to provide financial insights that support decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
• Investment & Risk Management: Manage investments, assess financial risks, and ensure proper risk mitigation strategies are in place.
Key Skills And Competencies
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in cost accounting and financial analysis related to manufacturing processes.
• Deep understanding of taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.
