Job Purpose
Ensure that all HR Operations processes are standardized in the organization and all employees have uniform experience.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
• Single point of contact to manage end to end HR Operational requirements
• Day to day Query Resolution related to HR processes & policies through ASH HR ID
• Collaborate with the Shared Services team and the organization's vendors to ensure benefits and services are available and being offered at the highest level of service and value & Periodic reviews with respective stakeholders
• Data Management – Ensuring data accuracy standards as per Data ,Reporting norms
• Partnering with circle HR teams to ensure HR services agenda is delivered
• Provide inputs in strategic decision making which impacts circle HR operations
• Handling recruitment activities end to end
Oversee the development and monitoring of HR metrics and organizational
