Job Purpose
Actively partner business & teams to create a talent dense organization with focus on a pleasant employee experience; driving initiatives & maintaining employee operations.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
• Monitor & drive hiring fulfillment in partnership with recruitment team
• Drive internal movements, promotions & role changes
• Promoting meritocracy and a culture that addresses poor performance
• 100% adherence to Onboarding & Transfer formalities and programs
• Ensure Exit Management is completed as per timelines. 100% completion of exit interviews. Managing churn across various employee segments
• Employee Activity participation & query management
• Maintain high employee touch through segmented initiatives
• Maintain & manage employee database, ensure governance and adherence to employee guidelines
• Support in execution of R&R frameworks
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
• Microsoft Excel/ Analytics preferred
• Microsoft Powerpoint
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
• PostGraduate in HR with 5-7 years relevant experience in HR partner/ process domain
• Communication, presentation & stakeholder management
• Problem solving skills
