Key Responsibilities:
Agency Operations Management:
Oversee end-to-end agency operations including workflow management, resource planning, and daily team coordination.
Manage cross-functional teams including creative, content, design, performance marketing, and account management.
Ensure smooth project delivery, adherence to timelines, and quality standards.
Streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency.
Social Media Leadership:
Lead and manage the complete social media vertical across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
Define social media strategies aligned with brand goals and client objectives.
Supervise content planning, calendars, publishing, and performance tracking.
Monitor trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to keep campaigns innovative.
Client & Business Management:
Act as a key point of contact for premium clients.
Handle escalations, expectations, and long-term relationship management.
Present strategies, reports, and performance reviews to clients.
Team Leadership & Development:
Hire, train, mentor, and performance-manage team members.
Set KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and foster a high-performance culture.
Reporting & Strategy:
Track KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and share performance insights with leadership.
Drive process improvements, automation, and use of new tools or technologies.
Requirements:
6–10 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
Proven experience in managing large teams and end-to-end operations.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and campaign strategy.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
Experience in scaling teams and managing high-volume projects.
