We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated fixed-term, full-time agricultural teacher who is focused on student engagement and achievement.
A willingness to contribute to our rich co-curricular life is essential. The ability to teach across all year levels is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
To teach a range of subjects including English, Health and Physical Education, Learning Languages, Mathematics and Statistics, Science, Social Sciences, Technology, Te Reo Maori, and The Arts.
To develop curriculum with local and relevant content while integrating student interest.
To embrace cross-curricular teaching and effective use of digital technology with the curriculum.
Requirements
A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, culturally responsive practice, and Te Ao Maori is vital.
Applicants should have a passion for teaching and be able to demonstrate their ability to motivate students and achieve positive outcomes.
What We Offer
The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from $61,32+ to $103,086 depending on the applicant's qualifications and experience.
Individuals' actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
