AI Principal
AI Principal will lead the development, implementation, and scaling of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions that could optimize the platforms and processes across the entire Customer Experience gamut . This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, data science, automation, and their applications in BPO/ITES environments.
The AI Principal will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and clients to identify opportunities where AI can deliver transformative value. This person will also oversee the development of AI-driven products, services, and processes while ensuring ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases that drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced customer experiences.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate AI into long-term business planning and decision-making processes.
2. AI Solution Design & Implementation:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solutions tailored to BPO/ITES operations.
- Oversee the creation of AI-powered tools for process automation, predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), chatbots, voicebots and other relevant applications.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing workflows and systems.
3. Data Management & Analytics:
- Drive data governance, quality, and management practices to ensure high-quality datasets for AI model training.
- Leverage advanced analytics and big data platforms to derive actionable insights and improve decision-making.
- Implement robust data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive client information.
