As an AI Architect at Ascendion, you will design and develop full-stack conversational AI solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as Google CCAI, Vertex AI, and custom Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and govern Generative AI applications, including summarization, question answering, and document intelligence.
• Manage model selection, prompt architecture, grounding strategies, and safety guardrails to ensure reliable and safe AI systems.
• Develop conversational architectures for virtual agents, agent assist, and AI-driven analytics.
• Oversee state machine design, omnichannel integration, and multilingual bot scaling to ensure seamless user experiences.
Technical Requirements:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and AI tools like LangChain, Pinecone, and LlamaIndex.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Postman, Selenium, PyTest, JMeter, and CI/CD tools like Cloud Build and GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of data engineering and pipeline strategy, including ingestion and transformation flows using BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead teams of developers, analysts, QA, and business leads through Agile execution.
• Ability to conduct architectural reviews, sprint planning, and stakeholder demos to drive project success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to define KPIs for AI success and oversee dashboards for product, ops, and leadership.
