We're seeking a passionate AI HR Specialist to transform our HR processes into fully autonomous, AI-driven systems. You'll collaborate with our technical team to build intelligent agents that handle recruitment, on boarding, performance management, and operations - completely automated.

What You'll Do: Design AI-powered recruitment workflows • Build autonomous candidate screening agents • Create intelligent on boarding systems • Automate HR operations with AI agents • Collaborate with developers to implement HR AI solutions • Transform traditional HR into agent-first processes

We Need: 0-2 years HR experience (freshers welcome) • Passionate about AI automation • Agent-first mindset - thinking in autonomous systems • Strong analytical and process optimization skills • Excellent communication for technical collaboration • Genuine excitement about AI-driven HR transformation
