Ergode is a Texas-based online retailer with offices in the US and India. We started as a bookseller on Amazon and have grown to become a top 25 seller on Amazon and Walmart, processing 15,000+ orders a day from our 25,000 sq. feet warehouse network. We sell items from their 21 self-curated websites and +0+ international channels, and work with 2000+ brands in major categories like Electronics & Computers, Books & Audible, Furniture, Beauty & Health Care, Sports & Outdoors, and Toys. We have a team of over 600 people, including software engineers, digital marketing experts, and strategic account managers. Ergode has proprietary technology, processes, and teams that can be scaled and reused for multiple businesses, and have acquired multiple Amazon FBA businesses.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI Manager to join our Amazon Marketing Department. The AI Manager will be responsible for implementing AI tools, especially ChatGPT, to optimize content, manage PPC campaigns, and drive external traffic to Amazon listings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing, as well as experience managing and implementing AI solutions in a marketing context.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of AI tools, particularly ChatGPT, to optimize content and improve PPC campaigns for Amazon listings.
• The AI Manager role involves implementing AI tools, specifically ChatGPT, to optimize content and improve PPC campaigns for Amazon listings.
• Develop and manage processes for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support AI-driven marketing initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the marketing team to identify opportunities for leveraging AI to improve marketing performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends to ensure the Amazon marketing department is at the forefront of the industry.
• Provide guidance and leadership to team members on AI-related initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with AI, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies.
• Experience managing and implementing AI solutions in a marketing context.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud computing platforms is a plus.
