AI Senior Business Analyst – AVP or VP
Location: Chicago – Onsite 3 days per week

Overview
We’re looking for an AI Senior Business Analyst to bridge business, data, and AI delivery across our financial services platforms. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, data teams, and engineers to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot and/or MSFT Foundry.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate business problems into AI, analytics, and automation use cases
• Build POC’s to work through business needs
• Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to design and deliver solutions
• Leverage Copilot and/or Foundry to drive insights, workflows, and decision support
• Define requirements, success metrics, and value cases for AI initiatives
• Support model adoption, governance, and change management in a regulated environment
Required Experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or Foundry
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI concepts
• Experience working in regulated, risk-aware environments
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
• Experience with AI governance, model risk, or compliance
• Background in data platforms, cloud, or automation tools
