We’re looking for someone who can turn Microsoft 365 into the nervous system of our business. This role is about more than just plugging in tools- it’s about thinking through how our teams work, structuring our data and knowledge, and then designing workflows and Copilot agents and automations make us faster and smarter every day.
You’ll work directly with leadership to analyse how we operate, design better ways of working within the Microsoft ecosystem, and then build them - whether that’s architecting SharePoint, creating Copilot workflows, or setting up automations that save hours of manual effort.
This is a hands-on role for a systems thinker who thrives at the intersection of business operations, Microsoft 365, and applied AI.
What You’ll Do
• Work directly with directors to map business processes and identify where Copilot and automation can add value.
• Architect and optimise SharePoint for structured data, documentation, and app usage across teams.
• Design and implement Copilot agents tailored to business needs (project tracking, knowledge queries, reporting, etc.).
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards linked to SharePoint, Excel, and other business data.
• Implement automations using Power Automate (and, where useful, tools like n8n) to connect workflows across apps.
• Help define best practices for how we use Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Loop, OneNote and Power Apps in a unified system.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Copilot advancements and propose ways to extend our architecture.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 tools: SharePoint (architecture & governance), Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, OneDrive, Planner.
• Hands-on experience building or configuring Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate needs into structured, scalable workflows.
• A systems thinker who enjoys building end-to-end solutions rather than one-off fixes.
• Bonus if you’ve used n8n, Zapier, or similar to connect workflows outside the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in SMEs/startups and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.
