Full-time | Hybrid | Remote


As a full-time AI Whisperer, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Creative, Growth, and Product teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible with generative AI tools. From crafting engaging ad videos and blog content to generating on-brand visuals and email flows, you’ll help scale our creative output and unlock new levels of efficiency and storytelling magic.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative technologist who thrives in fast-paced, experimental environments, is passionate about AI, and knows how to turn prompt engineering into performance-driven results

What You’ll Do

Create Smart Content at Scale: Use GenAI tools to develop marketing assets. From video ads and email copy to blog posts and video scripts, all aligned with our brand voice and strategic goals.

Visual Prompt Engineering: Craft detailed prompts templates to generate AI visuals and videos aligned with our brand.

Edit Like a Pro: Post-process both AI-generated and creator-delivered videos (voiceovers, lip-sync, motion alignment) to ensure quality, clarity, and impact.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Project Managers, Performance Marketing, SEO and Creative Copy leadership to meet content needs for ads, landing pages, blog and more.

Support Content Strategy: Align on communication goals, customer psychology, and narrative approaches using Jobs-To-Be-Done methodology.

(Bonus) Code the Vibe: Assist with light front-end development to support new creative experiences (optional but a huge plus!).

About You

Experience working with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Veo3, Runway, etc.).

Skilled in prompt crafting for video, text and image generation, with an eye for emotional tone, brand fit, and performance.

Experience editing short-form videos (ads, explainers, social reels) and integrating AI-generated content into polished outputs.

Comfortable with creative testing frameworks and data-informed iteration.

Clear communicator who can collaborate across departments and manage end-to-end content production.

Organized, curious, and proactive – someone who builds systems, not just content.

(Nice to have) Skilled in using front-end vibe code tools.

What Success Looks Like

A creative testing pipeline is running smoothly, with data-backed iteration on new video directions.

Each new campaign audience is supported by video ads and well-written communication flow.

You understand (or can figure out) what drives different customer types – and deliver messages that truly land, without being micromanaged.
