Hourly rate: $28-$32 (commensurate with experience)

Dispensing Dynamo. You can confidently interpret complex prescriptions, guide patients to the lenses they need.

Frame Styling Savant. You know your way around frames and how to make people feel amazing in their new frames.

Sales Specialist. You’re a natural in explaining the benefits and helping patients choose what is right for them, without being pushy.

Customer Experience Extraordinaire. You’re the reason why people leave 5-star reviews. Empathetic, respectful, and always thinking ahead.

Admin Legend. You keep the back-end humming. Stock? Sorted. Inbox? Managed. Day-to-day ops? Handled.


What you’ll bring to the table:

Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing (highly regarded, but not essential)
2+ years’ experience as a dispenser or optical assistant
Previous sales experience
Excellent problem-solver
A natural people person, whether it’s a child or a retiree
A hunger to learn and up skill
Comfortable with working in a small, collaborate team
You’re adaptable, proactive, and take initiative
