We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft / Aeronautical Engineer with a strong background in finite element analysis (FEA), computer-aided design (CAD), and technical data package (TDP) authoring tools.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in using various software tools to design, analyze, and simulate aircraft structures and systems.
The candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, manufacturing design, system configuration, and authoring guidelines for aircraft repair and wiring manuals.
Requirements :
• Experience in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools like ANSYS, Abaqus, and MSC Nastran.
• Strong experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools like SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, and Autodesk Inventor.
• Expertise in CAM software like Mastercam, NX CAM, and Fusion 360.
• Familiarity with CAE software for manufacturing simulations, including Siemens NX and Moldex3D.
• Experience with S1000D authoring tools for technical manuals.
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) .
• Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath and Blue Prism.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience in Aircraft Structure Repair Manual authoring and Aircraft Wiring Manual development.
• Familiarity with Electrical Design & Engineering Software like EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical.
• Experience with Technical Data Package (TDP) and aerospace-specific authoring guidelines.
• Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies and automation tools.
