Job Description
We are seeking skilled A&P Mechanics to join our team at the Washington County Airport. As part of our team, you will handle maintenance, inspections, and AOG situations primarily for Learjet models. This role requires expertise in heavy maintenance on corporate jets and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance and inspections on corporate jets.
• Handle AOG situations efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize own tools for various maintenance tasks.
• Work overtime as required to meet operational needs.
Essential Skills
• A&P License
• 3-5+ years of experience performing heavy maintenance on corporate jets (preferred: Falcon, Gulfstream, Learjet, Hondajet, Hawker, Cessna, Challenger, Legacy)
• Experience with Learjet models preferred
• Open to candidates with rotary wing A&P's, military experience with A&P's, and commercial experience
• Proficiency in maintenance, inspection, and repair of aircraft
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with Falcon Jet, Gulfstream, Challenger, and other corporate jets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
