Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist passengers at the airport check-in counters with a warm and professional approach.

Verify travel documents, check-in luggage, issue boarding passes, and manage seat allocations.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
•
Provide information regarding flight schedules, airport facilities, security procedures, and general travel assistance.
•
Ensure compliance with airline policies, safety protocols, and security regulations at all times.
•
Coordinate with ground staff, security personnel, and other airport teams to ensure smooth operations.
•
Maintain a high level of grooming and professional behavior as a representative of the airline and airport.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
•
Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); a degree in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred.
•
Proficiency in English and one or more regional languages (Kannada, Hindi, etc.).
•
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
•
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
•
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with airport or airline systems is a plus.
