Emergency Response: Respond quickly and professionally in case of any emergencies or disruptions, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2 or equivalent. A degree in hospitality or tourism is an added advantage.
•
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude.

Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in handling check-in processes, baggage, and passenger information.

Experience in Aviation (Preferred): Previous experience in a ground staff role or other related positions at airports is desirable but not mandatory.
