Job Responsibility
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brands marketing goals and brand positioning.
• Design, schedule, and publish high-quality, on-brand content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook Twitter, Threads, YouTube, Quora etc).
• Experience in product photography
• Capture high-quality images , ensuring that each photo is presented in its best angle.
• Video Production: Create videos that highlight product features and close-ups in good lighting and high camera quality.
• Post-Production: Edit photos and videos to meet brand standards. Ensure final images are optimized for various platforms (website and amazon).
• Work towards achieving the growth goals of the brand by increased conversions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape to ensure our brand remains innovative and relevant.
• Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely, consistent posting aligned with brand priorities and campaigns.
• Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, building a positive community around the brand.
• Identify and manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach.
• Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and refine strategies based on insights.
• Prepare detailed reports on KPIs and social media performance, focusing on successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement to drive higher conversions.
• Use data- driven insights to experiment, enhance engagement, reach, and increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with other teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and business goals.
Skills Required
• 2-3 years of Experience in social media management, product photography
• Proven experience in creating and executing social media strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
• Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize content for conversions.
