About the Role
As an All Rounder Chef, you’ll take ownership of the entrée section during service, ensuring every dish leaves the pass looking and tasting exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Entrée (Starter) section during service
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality antipasti and entrée dishes
Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation standards
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are upheld
About You
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Section Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment (Italian experience highly regarded)
Strong knowledge and passion for entrée and antipasti preparation
Ability to perform calmly and efficiently under pressure
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Relevant food safety certification
A genuine passion for Italian cuisine and high-quality produce
