Job Description
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns and Sales- Design, build and maintain our social media presence- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels- Handle Marketing and sales team inclusive of SEO, Content writer, graphic designer and counselors.- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateRequirements and skills:- Masters degree in marketing or relevant field.- A minimum of 5 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. - Self driven, result oriented and team handling experience preferred.Company Profile:Allure Medspa has been a leading cosmetic surgery center in India since the last 23 years and committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients.In 2020, Vardan Nursing Home Pvt.
