Job Title: Merchandiser – IDA & B2B Sales (International)
Job Location: JAIPUR – HO
Direct Reporting: VP-IDA Sales

Profile Brief:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Merchandiser, to look after Architects / Interior Designer business besides high-end retail stores, responsible for managing sales activities for ORVI in International Market. The role is based out of our Jaipur HO. The candidate will maintain and develop relationships with new and old clients, oversee and monitor sales activities in order to meet company's targets for growth and profitability.
Job Description:
• Explore and reach out to high end IDA’s and Retail Stores – World-wide.
• Primary responsibility is to build & maintain good business relations with them for generating business.
• Undertake and explore website of IDA’s and Stores to collect more details on their projects / products.
• Handling enquiries through Arch websites + other sources and replying to them in timely manner.
• Updating and maintaining of the database on CRM.
• Coordinate effectively across all levels within the organization.
• Handle customer complaints as & when required.
• Regular, timely & effective reporting.
Skills Required:
• Should be Graduate preferably with an MBA in marketing management.
• Should have around 4-5 years of work experience in High End Artefacts / Furniture / Handicrafts / Flooring or Tile industry, with specialization in product specifications to be done with high end Architects / Interior Designers and / or high-end Retail Stores.
• Should have good, pleasing manners & personality.
• Excellent written & spoken English communication and presentation skills for handling top level professionals / HNIs.
• Ability to handle the design and R&D concepts in coordination with design team members of architectural and retail firms.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Task oriented & positive approach with ability to deliver under pressure.
• Must have experience in dealing with Buying Houses directly.
• Must possess experience in hard goods.
