Job Description
Responsible for listing new products on the marketplaces (Amazon) First Cry Flipkart & doing regular audits to ensure that the correct listing is live on the platform.Preparing & uploading A+ Content with the help of infographics and Optimized SEO Rich Content.Optimizing and modifying the existing product listing & prices on the marketplaces to increase product visibility and hence sales.Preparation of product catalog, monthly reports & analysis of the progress of the platforms.Sending Inventory on FBA, managing inventory based on aging & update the Stock as required.Responsible for sourcing the media files & coordinating with the Graphic designer for infographic images & editing part.Monitoring product sales and boosting them by using searched keywords and optimized content & regular paid- unpaid promotions.Able to run Promotions like Coupons, Lightning deals, Prime Exclusive discounts, and Running paid advertisements/sponsored ads on Amazon ensuring maximum ROI.Strategizing & implementing the plan of action for the month-on-month growth in the sales from the existing Amazon.Monitoring & Maintaining Account health, Customer Experience Metrics, and Feedback Management.Act as the sole point of contact internally for the marketplace & solve any issues related to the panel.Assisting the operations & accounts team in case of any issue in order fulfillment, inventory updates, payments, etc.Assist in the day-to-day management of strategy, implementation & monitoring
