• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• * Proficient in data entry with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and other data management tools.
• * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.
• * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience:
• * Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• * Experience with data management systems or customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
• Working Hours:
• * This is a flexible remote position; however, candidates must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• * Availability for occasional overtime may be required based on workload.
