About the position
The BPO Project Accountant Manager at CJ Foodville USA is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing cash flows. This role involves preparing consolidated financial statements, supporting audits, and collaborating with global affiliates. The position requires strong accounting skills and the ability to handle multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and provide timely and accurate monthly consolidated financial statements to the CEO
,
• Support and review year-end audits
,
• Analyze financial reports and prepare analyzing reports for internal meetings
,
• Prepare related meeting reports for global meetings with CJ Foodville and global affiliates
,
• Review and upload IFRS closing quarterly
,
• Review and prepare forecast monthly closing PL weekly
,
• Review employee reimbursement documents
,
• Review vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payroll-related expenses and activities, and post journal entries
,
• Prepare technical memorandums documenting treatment for transactions and accounting matters in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS
,
• Manage cash flows and review/approve cash/borrowing reports
,
• Provide cash flow planning, analysis, and project budgeting
,
• Coordinate and prepare company tax returns and annual audits
,
• Forecast annual financial reports
,
• Review accounts receivable balances
,
• Perform all other duties and special projects
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
,
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting
,
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
,
• Strong accounting skills
,
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
,
• Experience with SAGE or SAP (preferred)
,
• Corporate management experience (preferred)
,
• Data analyzing skills or experience (preferred)
