The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Setting up and managing Amazon Ad campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, bids Drive new ideas and processes to improve the performance of campaigns, including account structure, bidding, ad copy, and keyword development.
Performing Keyword Research, Competitor Research, and Market Research for each assigned account.
Provide complete and accurate data in the weekly reports.
Having experience in the analysis of Amazon business reports, search term reports, etc.
Must maintain knowledge of new and emerging trends with the Amazon and online shopping space Create, implement, and execute efficient advertising management processes built to rapidly scale and drive business growth Analyse data to determine ways to optimize performance to improve conversion rates, open percentages, and other key metrics.
Make recommendations to continually improve performance by analyzing internal results, and competitive data, and keeping on top of industry trends.
Skills and Abilities:
Proven work experience of 3+ years as an Amazon Marketing Specialist Hands-on e-commerce or online marketplace experience Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, AMS, Amazon Pi, Helium, and Sellics Advanced Excel knowledge and skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Strong ability to multitask Timings: Monday to Friday 12:30 to +:30 PM (April-October) 1:30 to 10:30 PM (November-March)
• Saturday(Alternate off) 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Package: 4 to 6.5 LPA
