We are urgently looking for candidates with min. 5yrs of experience in Hardcore sales for a reputed educational institute in Jaipur.
Role: Asst. Manager-Customer Acquisition/Sr. Counselor
Location: Jaipur
Salary: Max 40k CTC+ Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
1.You shall be responsible for calling on the database, generate walk-in & convert them into admission
2.You shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly admission targets
3.You shall be responsible for adhering to the admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminars at education institutes, schools, colleges etc.
4.Ensuring proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counseling
5.You shall make productive house calls
6.You shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentation in nearby areas of respective location
7.Preparing daily sales reports
Job Requirements:
1.Graduate/MBA with min. 4yrs years of Hard Core Sales Experience
2.Excellent communication and selling skills
3.Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer
4.Preference would be given to Candidates with experience in Education / Time Share/ Life Insurance industries
