Job Summary
The role holder will support the data management and HR analytics for the global operations organization and regional HR leadership working closely with multiple stakeholders ensuring correct data is presented to the leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand the needs and objectives for each deliverable to be given
• Collect and understand data coming from different sources and present to the leadership enabling to make appropriate decisions
• Works in close collaboration with the finance team on the Manpower Headcount budgeting exercise and present the numbers to HR leadership.
• Work closely with the HR shared services team, understanding and supporting them on the data management and process improvements
• Rolling out different monthly dashboards to the leadership – Attrition, Manpower/Headcount reports, Operations scorecard
• Work on the ad-hoc data request coming in from leadership
• Build relations and work closely with the global data management team and provide/take support in the various projects
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
• MBA in HR with at least 2/3 years post MBA experience in HR Analytics or Business Partnering.
• Background in statistics would be useful
• Knowledge MS Office and proficient in MS Excel is a must
• Knowledge of analytical tools and language like Tableau, R, SQL would be added advantage
• Requires an understanding and working knowledge on report generation, data management and analysis methods
• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as analytical, project management and problem solving skills.
• Planning, organizing, follow-up skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
