We are seeking an AM/SR. Executive Payroll to join our ID Medical team to:
Ensuring time lines are set for salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
Ensuring the Statutory compliances are in place for payroll.
Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax.
Responsible for HRMS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with standardization of reports for better decision making.
Responsible for documentation.
Ensure that HRMS is updated at all the times wrt to employee records.
Responsible for coordinating with various vendors for payroll and compliance.
Handling queries related to payroll and ensuring employee satisfaction
Responsible for initiating back ground verification of new joiners
Technically competent and able to support work on the HRIS particularly where it relates to pay and benefits but not limited to.
Background & Experience:
HR Executive with strong administrative and experience of systems in a fast growth dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
Strong team player, able to communicate effectively, highly organized
Masters or Bachelor degree
5 to 7 years of experience in HR and payroll management
