HRBP Analyst 1
This position will manage all the HRBP transactional activities, data related to performance, attrition, BU dashboards and also manage special projects in HRBP space.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• .Partner with other HR functions and implement HR Programs effectively and efficiently.
• Handling data related to attrition, headcount, performance and Drive and support decision making through data analysis. Prepare BU dashboard for all the business verticals.
• Support Employee Engagement by partnering with business for action plans.
• Partner with COEs to ensure fairness and effectiveness at each stage in the associate life cycle.
• Investigates and resolves non-complex employee complaints within required time frames to minimize risk.
• Facilitates relocation services (domestic and international) and immigration services.
• Coaches first line managers and supervisors on performance and disciplinary actions.
• Leverages multiple systems and/or manual sources to produce regular or ad hoc HR metric reports, including headcount and turnover, in support of business needs.
Educational Requirements
• Vocational and/or Technical Education Preferred
Work Experience
• 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
