Job Description
Administers and maintains company benefits programs; functions as a liaison between vendors and employees and advises employees on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Administering various employee programs, such as group life, medical, dental, disability, pensions and investments.
• Ensuring that benefits administration actions are completed accurately and on time, e.g. claims resolution, change reporting, invoice for payments, and the communication of benefits information to employees.
• Helping to evaluate and refine benefits processes; participating in the implementation of new or enhanced benefits programs.
• Verifying the calculation of monthly premium statements for group policies and maintaining statistical data related to premiums, claims, and costs.
