Designation: Analyst - Human Resources
Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai
Experience Required: Minimum 4-7 years of experience in HR Operations and handling employee Lifecyle within a fast-paced organization. Should have an experience in SSC/BPO/ITES, Excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
• ·Conduct employee onboarding, joining formalities and Maintain employee files.
• Ensuring the new joiners’ data is sent to Admin and IT Team before the person joins.
• To ensure IT tickets are raised for new joiners and laptops are configured.
• Notifying Stakeholders on the new joiners (Payroll Team, L&D Team, and Line Managers).
• Completing confirmation of employees at all levels.
• To ensure closure of employee background verification cases.
• Enrolling employees and assisting them in Insurance related queries.
• Creating employee accounts & updating employee records in HRMS.
• All kinds of letter preparation (Appointment, Confirmation, Exits, Transfer, Promotions, etc.)
• Conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth exit process for leavers.
• Provide support to employees by resolving their queries.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Undertake tasks around performance management.
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
