Designation: Analyst – People & Culture
Function: Payroll, Compliance & People Data
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-time (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

As we scale, we are looking for an HR Analyst who brings structure to our people processes, thrives on data, and knows payroll like the back of their hand. If you are someone who lives for spreadsheets, understands compliance, and wants to grow in a fast-paced setup — this role is for you!
What You Will Do:
Payroll & Compensation
• Process monthly payroll with 100% accuracy
• Work with Finance & HR for inputs: salaries, incentives, variable payouts, and other deductions
• Handle F&F settlements & reimbursements.
HR Ops & Administration
• Support onboarding & exit processes with compliance checks
• Maintain employee records, leave data, and HRMS workflows across geographies
• Be the go-to for payroll/benefits/statutory queries
People Data & Analytics
• Build dashboards to track headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.
• Generate regular insights & reports for HRBPs and leadership
• Help us make smarter, data-backed people decisions
Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, e-TDS, Shops & Establishment Act
• Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, benefits, and statutory requirements
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal on invoicing, payments, and workforce cost tracking
• Coordinate filings/audits with consultants/vendors
• Maintain digital HR docs & audit-ready records
Qualifications:
• MBA/Post Graduates in HR/Finance/Analytics or related fields
• Or, Bachelor’s in Engineering, Finance with a certification in HR/Payroll/Compensation & Benefits
• Knowledge of U.S. or global payroll is an added advantage.
What We Are Looking For:
• 1–3 years of experience in payroll, compliance, or HR analytics
• Proficiency in working with Google sheets and Excel
• Familiar with HRMS/Payroll tools
• Detail-obsessed, process-driven and data-oriented
• Prior startup experience is preferred
