Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Key Responsibilities • Derivative / Merchant trade processing, validation settlement, review, and implementation of regulatory changes. • Adhering to the regulatory guidelines pertaining to checking of corporate documentation viz declaration, certificates, verification of exposure documents and deal confirmations. • Monitoring reconciliation and resolving discrepancies. • Timely reporting of trades to Regulators. • Responding and resolving queries raised by concurrent auditors. Providing them with all the reports necessary for smooth audit on an ongoing basis. • Prepare various MIS for Management • Liaising with Corporate customers, front office, senior management, regional teams for queries resolution. • Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support STP and digital strategy for the Bank. • Standardization, implementation, and regular updating of SOPs / Workflow for the department to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations • Support ongoing projects & digital initiatives of the Bank. Requirements: • 7 To 8 years of relevant experience in Treasury & Markets Operations • Product and working knowledge of different Treasury Products and operations. • Thorough knowledge of prevailing regulations pertaining to Merchant FX & Derivatives • A team-player, able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent tasks. • Self-starter with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Good command over Ms Excel. • Good presentation skills. • Graduation Degree. Professional qualifications like MBA(Finance) or FRM would be added advantage
