• Vendor Invoice Processing
• Setting up of Vendor/Invoices in internal tracking system
• Vendor invoice review and segregation in invoice workflow system
• Ability to consistently meet all deadlines
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and listening communications skills
• Detail oriented, professional attitude and reliable
• Help maintain and improve standard operating procedures for the department
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 0-2 years of relevant previous accounting or accounts payable experience.
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
• Competency with Microsoft office.
• Excellent teamwork and resolution skills.
• Open for Night shift.
