HR Business Partner/ Talent Acquisition
Location- Sec-66, Gurugram
Working- 6days- WFO
About Role -
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner for our Operations Team to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
• Performing talent acquisition, Pre screening candidate applications and resumes for required skills experience, and knowledge to fit position requirements
• Facilitating the process of candidate selection, interviewing, job offer, background check, and candidate onboarding.
• Partnering with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy
• Building partnerships with national and local agencies for regional hirings
• Implementing & managing HR policies, employee engagement, retention, talent acquisition, employee grievance, and exit
• Ensuring a performance management system is implemented.
HR Business Partner Requirements:
• 6-8 years experience in an HR Business Partner role (preferably talent sourcing) in a rural focused industry (dairy, feed, agriculture, agri-tech)
• Past experience in mass on-ground hiring, good industry connects with national and local agencies
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
• Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
• Proficient in MS Excel
• MBA in HR preferred

Till now, Animall has primarily focused on building a peer-to-peer cattle trading platform and the journey of Animall has been very encouraging and promising - we have reached more than 10 million dairy farmers within a short span of 2.5 years. More than 500,000 cattle have been sold through Animall which amounts to 1500 Crore Rs of GTV and is now at a monthly run rate of 320 Crore Rs GTV. Our dairy farmers have rated us 4.6 out of 5 and 60%. We also do a full-stack business where we purchase and then sell, in this business we hit a monthly revenue of INR 5 Cr. We run 10+ farms across different parts of India and manage significant operations
