We are currently looking for an Annual Giving, Donor Development Officer to be located at our Calgary base in the Foundation department.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement enhancements to our mid-level giving program, including segmentation strategy, donor journeys, and stewardship calendars.
Develop a framework for identifying, cultivating soliciting and stewarding mid-level donors through both one-to-one and one-to-many communications.
Establish key metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure program growth, donor retention, and upgrades while implementing donor data to guide portfolios strategies.
Manage a dynamic portfolio of mid-level donors with a goal of deepening engagement and increasing giving.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in our CRM (Raiser's Edge), leveraging reports and dashboards to track donor engagement, portfolio performance and trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of fundraising experience, with a focus on donor development, annual giving, or mid-level programs.
Proven success in building and managing donor relationships.
Experience creating donor journeys and segmentation strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create compelling donor communications.
