Telco Analyst - Level 3

Role Description

Looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Lead who can manage the activities & process of AP that provides support on
• Telco Vendor Invoice Audit Validation & Processing
• Telco Payment Accuracy & Reconciliations
• Telco Vendor Management activities
• Telco Vendor Statement Reconciliations
• Supplier Portal Downloads

The role revolves around ensuring smooth delivery of operations, & SLA attainment.

Actively participate in functional testing with new ERP’s or changes within the ERP.

Actively participate & contribute to Drive process efficiencies and improvements to attain a robust process & vision of the business.

Monitor and help resolving queries & Escalations with appropriate RCA.

What Will Put You Ahead
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable process
• Good knowledge of the areas of Accounts Payable (VMG, Invoice processing, payments etc)
• Experience driving process efficiencies and effectiveness
• Experience in being part Process stabilization & improvement experience
• Experience in being part of remote transitions
• Exposure & Awareness in Reporting & Reconciliations

General Requirements
• General understanding of business needs
• Accounting qualification
• Intermediate + knowledge of Excel
• General Financial / Business Analysis experience – gathering data, understanding business drivers,
• Experience being proactive and seeking to anticipate customers’ needs
• Excellent Communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Previous systems experience (WorkDay, other ERP systems)
• Knowledge/Experience of Telecommunications Industry
• Knowledge of Telecom Provisioning Processes
