Edit drafts for clarity, flow, tone, and style while maintaining the original intent of the message.
Collaborate with editors, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to refine content and meet project objectives.
Utilize word processing tools efficiently for drafting, editing, and formatting documents.
Expert working knowledge in Medicaid Eligibility and healthcare
Prior RFP, RFI, Grant or contract experience
Assist in proposal writing and other specialized writing tasks that require persuasive communication skills.
Maintain a consistent voice across all materials while adapting tone as necessary for different audiences.
Skills
Proven experience in proofreading, copy editing, editing, and creative writing.
Strong writing skills with an ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to conduct thorough research and fact-check information accurately.
Experience in journalism or technical writing is highly desirable.
Proficiency in word processing software such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
