API Integrations Analyst
What does a successful API Integrations Analyst do at Fiserv?
The API Integrations Analyst serves as a technical advisor for integration projects, working directly with developers on projects to consume Fiserv APIs. By providing advanced troubleshooting and analysis, they support merchants and vendors through testing in multiple environments. Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, the analyst ensures successful implementations of our clients who are integrating with our APIs, SDKs, and Plug-ins. They maintain familiarity with existing and new products by participating in product release discussions to understand functionalities.
What you will do:
Manage client implementations and conversions for Enterprise and Midmarket projects and technical custom implementations.
Develop, coordinate, and execute API implementation/conversion project plans, ensuring on-time and effective delivery.
Identify opportunities to streamline integration procedures, enhance revenue, and improve product efficiency.
Interface with other Fiserv departments to generate and offer appropriate solutions.
Interpret and communicate Fiserv services and products to clients, sales, and vendors.
Gather client requirements for software development to support implementation/conversion.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for API Implementations, partnering with internal teams on client entablements and conversions.
What you will need to have:
High School Diploma or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
Experience working directly with developers on integration projects or in a technical help-desk environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity/analysis software.
Availability to travel as needed to support project implementations and client interactions.
Experience developing or supporting sites using API and SDK integrations.
Functional coding skills in at least one of the programming/scripting languages - (Java, Perl, Ruby, HTML, C#, and/or PHP)
What would be great to have:
Experience with Web services (SOAP and RESTful)
Direct experience with mobile development and integration on platforms such as iOS and Android.
Experience with SQL.
Knowledge of process documentation and development of training plans.
Experience in project management.
Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Proficient understanding of Fiserv authorization and settlement platforms, as well as onboarding and processing front-end tools.
Salary Range
$57,900.00 - $103,400.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
