Head HR
Manpower Planning And Talent Acquisition
• Develop and Implement Annual HR Plan and strategy in line with the business plan. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur.
• Organization Manpower Planning, including Succession Planning and future requirements
• Responsible for the effective recruitment of personnel to maintain the capacity and capability of the organisation.
Talent Management
• To lead and support the development and implementation of HR policies across all areas of the organisation including improving performance, maximizing attendance and providing effective management of change. Work with the HR team to develop, co-ordinate, implement and audit all HR activity within the department and across the organisation.
• Defining and implementing performance management process for Apollo Home Healthcare.
• Responsible for developing employee welfare measures ensuring good quality of work life to employees
• Developing and administrating Compensation & Benefits policy and structure
Employee Relations
• Maintain effective employee relations including participation, consultation and negotiation with representative bodies and ensure maintenance of productive working relationships with all colleagues.
• Ensure effective implementation of the disciplinary and grievance procedures for all employee groups.
Training And Development
• Responsible for training requirements and administration of support staff
Others
• Responsible for smooth overall HR operations which includes Attendance management , Leave management system and payroll
• Responsible for the HR Dashboard deck to CEO as per timelines.
• Liaison with Apollo Group HR for central activities
• Meeting all HR related statutory requirements
Profile Description
• MBA/PGDM /MSW in Human resources and Industrial Relations from premium institute, with total 12- 15 years of experience including 3-4 yrs of experience in creating organisation.
• Achiever and exposure to working with Stake holders.
• Proactive, ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives as per the time
