Job Description: We are seeking a technically skilled individual to help us identify apps on the iOS App Store that closely resemble our existing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in iOS development, enabling them to analyze apps beyond their design, focusing on functionality and execution methods. You will conduct initial research and analysis to identify any potential cases of copied features or code usage, after which our team will handle in-depth analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Search and identify apps on the iOS App Store that may be replicating or using code similar to our apps.
• Analyze app functionality, flow, and potential execution methods to detect similarities.
• Prepare detailed reports of findings for our team to conduct further investigation.
• Keep up to date with new apps that could potentially replicate our work.
Requirements:
• Strong technical background in iOS development (Objective-C, Swift, Xcode, etc.).
• Understanding of app development processes, functionality, and code structure.
• Experience analyzing app functionality and detecting similarities in execution methods.
• Familiarity with the iOS App Store and app search tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience of at least 6+ years in iOS development or mobile app reverse engineering.
• Familiarity with software quality assurance, app market research, or competitive analysis.
