Role: Application and Sales Engineer
CTC: Mmaximum Cost to Company (CTC) Rs 3 Lac per Annum (LPA) with maximum monthly CTC of Rs 25000 KPM +Rs 5000 Performance based Incentives
Additional Benefits:
1. National Pension Scheme-5% of basic salary will be contributed by company and 5% from employee as per company policy
2. Festival salary paid in November every year as per company policy
3. Accidental cum medical insurance (from 1st April 23) as per company policy
4. Gratuity benefit as per law after completing 5 years of continuous service
Employment type: Full Time-on Roll
Job Location : based at Pune with assigned territory of Maharashtra State
Experience Range: 2 to 5 years in selling capital /process equipment to OEM clients from manufacturing / automotive/power / construction equipment sectors like JCB , GE , Thyssen Krupp, Bharat Forge , Tata motors , Mother son etc.
Educational Qualification: B.E / Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Key Skills:
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, manufacturing tolerances
• Knowledge of lifting machines, Mechanical Systems like gearboxes, bearing, springs etc.
• Reading and understanding of technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of concepts such as strength of Materials, Calculation of Stresses - Bending, compressive, tensile
• General awareness of the relevant industry segment, market share, analysis of competitors’ products, dealer and distributor network in in Pune and Maharashtra
• Strong customer communication and selling skills, negotiation and presentation skills in English. Ability to speak fluently in Hindi and Marathi
• Proficiency in MSO and internet search.
• Ability to analyse relevant data on different indicators and generate reports for monthly review meetings
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter and driven to close and generate orders
Major responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads from assigned territory and customers, send quotations, follow up, negotiate , generate orders and hit the targets within given timelines
• Conduct trials and demo to prove product performance and benefits to customer
• Provide technical and after sales support, recommend lifting solutions based on customer
• requirements
• Manage and grow relationships with dealers and key accounts
• Complete Understanding of strengths and weakness of company products and is able to articulate and sell the value proposition to customers .
• Explore good prospects ,generate leads through online and off line marketing strategies including social media marketing
• Communicating and Prompt follow up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Developing preventative maintenance measures, providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
