Your typical day will involve working with the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow tools and applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design applications using ServiceNow IT Service Management.Ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow tools and applications, including ServiceNow IT Service Management.Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow tools administration and configuration.Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow tools and applications.Stay updated with the latest advancements in ServiceNow tools and applications, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.Good To Have Skills:Experience in ServiceNow tools administration.Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and best practices.Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow applications.Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation related to ServiceNow tools and applications.
