Application Development Lead AnalystPosition Overview:Provides advanced professional input to complex Application Development assignments/projects. Devises or modifies procedures to solve highly complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those programs. Highly skilled. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities. This position may perform systems analysis functions. Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals. Works autonomously, only requiring “expert” level technical support from others. Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures. Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Application Development.Responsibilities:Works within an agile team to develop, test, and maintain business applications built on Salesforce technologiesReads user stories and develops solutions to simple design problemsPrepares necessary reports, manuals and other documentation as neededDesigns, develops, and unit tests applications in accordance with established standardsParticipates in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code and configurationsSupports packaging and deployment of releasesDevelops, refines, and tunes integrations between applicationsAnalyzes and resolves technical and application problemsAdheres to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budgetProvides third-level support to business usersMonitors the performance of internal systemsAttends scrum ceremony meetings and design sessions QualificationsRequired Skills:Proven knowledge of basic coding languages such as Java, Java, SpringBoot, React JS Graph DB AWS Lambda and Step functions strong experience required Non SQL DB's Mongo DB implementation experience is required Graph DB Neptune Or Neo4J implementations experience is requiredSolid understanding of object-oriented programming conceptsSolid understanding of relational database design and querying conceptsDetail-oriented and goal-orientedProficient in Microsoft OfficeAble to adapt to a fast-paced work environmentAble to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with version control conceptsIdeally, exposure to Salesforce and Cloud technologiesKnowledge of agile development methodologiesKnowledge of unit testingRequired Experience & Education: College or University degree in Computer Science or a related disciplineMinimum 6 to 8 years of work experience in software or web Front end and Backend service developmentStrong desire to learn Location & Hours of Work:Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.
