Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP GRC solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, and issues effectively.Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP GRC, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Expertise in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP Security, SAP Access Control, and SAP Process Control.Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices for SAP GRC.Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP GRC solutions.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Solid grasp of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
