L2 Packager/Release management/2.5 support
• Good knowledge of packaging tools like Flexera Installshield/Adminstudio
• Knowledge of MSI and standard OS environment
• Knowledge of VbScript /batch scripting / PowerShell
• Able to deal with release package\application design build and configuration.
• Able to deal with release package\application testing and acceptance including business sign off.
• Build common application packages into SCCM and deploy onto servers and workstations.
• Testing and troubleshooting package\application process
• Supporting end user issues
• Should have strong experience in SCCM Current Branch versions.
• In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues.
• Expertise in SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, boundaries, installer.
• SCCM knowledge and experience
• Level of experience with PSAppDeploy Toolkit
• Level of experience with Flexera (or Wise etc).
• Experience with Requirements intake and synthesis from customer
• Experience with Windows/Office etc. workstation escalation support.
• Experience with developing PS functions/modules.
• What level of development? (i.e., More advanced… AD and SCCM Cmdlets, Wrappers and error-trapping skills.)
• Experience setting up Device and User query-based collections.
• Experience working with Active Directory Accounts and Groups
• Knowledge of Domain Group Policy as applied to endpoints - application and usage.
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of basic and advanced workstation troubleshooting procedures
• Experience with Application Testing/UAT or testing tools.
• Experience with M365 (O365) Lifecycle
• Monitor alerts and SCCM components status and critical services.
• Must be able to troubleshoot day to day operations, performing monitor and tuning system performance, and providing administration, configuration, installation, deployment, and maintenance.
• Must be able to work on-call as specific and weekends and support for 165 environment
