Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Azure IaaS and Cloud Infrastructure to provide a dynamic service to our clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems.Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of support services. Professional & Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Strong experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS.Good To Have Skills:Experience with Cloud Infrastructure.Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.Experience with incident management and problem management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
