Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and applications. Your typical day will involve accurately defining client issues and designing effective solutions based on deep product knowledge and exceptional communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:Provide ongoing support to clients, acting as the interface between the client and the system or application.Accurately define client issues and interpret and design effective solutions based on deep product knowledge.Ensure the smooth functioning of systems and applications, utilizing Mainframe DevOps skills to optimize performance and minimize downtime.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of Mainframe DevOps. Professional & Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Mainframe DevOps.Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of Mainframe DevOps.Experience in optimizing system and application performance and minimizing downtime.Excellent communication skills and the ability to accurately define client issues and design effective solutions.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
