A leading Pharma company wishes to hire a seasoned HR professional to head the function for the R&D unit at Navi Mumbai.
The HR Head will lead a team of spirited HR professionals to build an inclusive and exemplary work place.
The incumbent shall be :
- Process owner for Talent Management and development functions for the R&D Centre
- Lead the Comp & Ben function
- Drive Strategic HR projects
- Responsible for interventions bringing about a better work culture
- We invite applications from B School graduates with 12-15 years of post qualification experience
- Applicants must have worked in organizations of repute having robust systems and processes.
- Must have worked in manufacturing or R&D units of pharma/chemical/FMCG companies.
- Experience as a business partner driving processes, and culture building interventions is desired.
- Must have the wherewithal to work with cross functional teams.
- Should be open to handling specialist and generalist functions.
