As we are committed to promoting diversity & equal opportunities within our organisation Hence, we are keen for female candidates for this position.Role descriptors· Drafting the process documentation (SOPS,PFMEA, Control Plan, CTQ Plan) for the Product· Planning of Capex projects for introduction of technological footprint to improve the SQCDM indicators with the Estimates· RFQ/SOR for the required Capex projects stating the detail of requirements including Safety Parameters, Standard BOQ· Installation & commissioning meeting project timelines on MSP· Project Management using Microsoft Project from RFQ , DAP, Installation & Commissioning , Safety Buy Off & Trials and Handover· Driving & Achieving the MEP deliverables ( Process & Facility ) for each Gate Requirements for New Model following NPIP Process· Challenging Engineering design change for new models & ECN , conducting DMDR studies leading to DFA & Better ergonomics during proto builds· Driving and closing the PCM for the new modelAccountabilities:· Maintaining & Updating SOPS, PFMEA, Control Plans, CTQ Plan· CAPEX Planning and Installation & commissioning meeting project timelines on MSP· RFQ/SOR document for each new Capital Requirement .· Line Balancing & Yamazumi Chart· Time Studies , Man Hour , Throughput Calculations· Productivity ImprovementCompetencies:· RFQ preparation for Capital Equipment like Conveyors, Filling Equipment, Cranes, Structures, Tools, Torque Wrenches, DC tools, Trollies, Assembly fixtures· Know how on Pneumatics and Hydraulic Circuits· Working Knowledge on Microsoft Project· Drafting SOPS & Process Documentation and maintaining Engineering Work Orders (PI’S & PIP)· Working experience in New model development for Assembly Shop meeting MEP deliverables as per NPIP Process· Working knowledge in Project Installation & Commissioning (Conveyors, Filling Equipment, Cranes, Structures, Tools, Torque Wrenches, DC tools, Trollies, Assembly fixtures)Work experience requirementsNice to have:Preferably from Construction Equipment / Heavy Earth moving / Automobile / Auto componentsExperience in handling Greenfield projects preferredNeed to have:5-7 years of Industry experienceEducation requirementsNice to haveMasters DegreeNeed to haveB.E / B.
